You must not use Docnez to:
- break any law, or send documents you have no right to send;
- impersonate anyone, forge a signature, sign for someone else without authority, or misrepresent a signer's identity;
- commit fraud, phishing, scams or deceptive practices, or send documents designed to trick signers;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk signing requests, or contact people you have no lawful reason to contact (including under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation);
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexually exploits minors, harasses, threatens or promotes violence;
- sign documents that the applicable law excludes from electronic signing or that require a signature type Docnez does not provide (see Terms section 3);
- upload special-category or highly sensitive data (such as health, biometric or payment-card data) unless you have a lawful basis and the minimum necessary is included;
- probe, scan, overload or attack the Service, bypass usage limits or security controls, or access other users' data (security research is welcome only under our vulnerability disclosure policy);
- scrape, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
We may investigate, remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Report abuse to hello@docnez.com.
