Is Docnez really free?
Yes, during the beta. Every workspace can send 7 documents a month, with up to 3 people, at no cost and without a card. Paid plans are coming soon.
What counts as a document?
A document counts when you send it for signature (when signing links are created). Drafts do not count. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
Do signers pay or sign up?
No. Signers open the link and sign in their browser on a phone or computer.
Can I upload Word files?
Yes. Upload a PDF or a Word document (.docx, .doc, .odt or .rtf). Word files are converted to PDF, which is what your signers sign.
Do I need to register?
Yes. Create a free account and confirm your email address before sending.
