Everything you need to send, sign and track

Signature, date and initials boxes are clearly marked for each person, so nobody misses a spot. Here is a sample agreement for a fictional renovation company.

  • Dates fill in automatically

Initials on every page

Optionally add an initials box to each page. The signer enters initials once and they fill every page.

Share a secure link by email or message. Signers do not need an account.

Sign on phone or desktop

Touch-friendly signing: draw or type a signature right in the browser.

Certificate of completion

Each signed PDF ends with a certificate listing signers, timestamps and document hashes.

HTTPS everywhere

Certificate of completion

Uploads, link issuance, views, consent, signatures and completion are logged with time and IP address, and summarized in a certificate at the end of every signed PDF.

Sealed with a digital certificate

Every completed PDF is sealed with a Docnez digital certificate. Any later change to the file breaks the seal, and PDF readers can show the signature details.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Each audit entry is linked to the one before it by a SHA-256 hash, and the final record is signed, so edited or deleted entries are detected. The public Verify page checks the seal, the file’s hash and the audit trail.

Single-use signing links

Once a document is signed, its link cannot be used to sign again. Links expire after a set period.

Two-step sign-in

Account owners and teammates can turn on authenticator-app two-step sign-in.
