# Docnez

> Docnez (docnez.com) is simple e-signature software for freelancers and small teams worldwide, operated by Nezuna Technologies Inc. Upload a PDF or Word document, let Docnez suggest where to sign, and send each signer a secure link. Signers sign in their browser with no account. Docnez is free during its beta: 7 documents sent per month and up to 3 people per workspace, no card required. Paid plans are coming soon.

- Proof: each signed PDF includes a certificate of completion and event log (signers, consent, times, IP address, device, SHA-256 hashes); anyone can check a signed PDF on the public Verify page
- Security: HTTPS, optional two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes
- Other: templates, contacts, import of documents signed with other services into a read-only archive
